1) Application materials (CQC provides form documents)

 

A. Formal application (printing or downloading blank application form after filling in the application form)

 

B. Factory inspection questionnaire (when first applied)

 

C. Product description (according to CQC related product description documents)

2) Proof of information

 

A. Registration certificate of the applicant, manufacturer, and manufacturer, such as business license, organization code (at the time of initial application)

 

B, CCC certification (if any)

 

C. When the applicant is a seller or importer, a copy of the relevant contract between the seller and the producer, importer and producer must be submitted.

 

D. The power of attorney of the agent (if any)

 

E. Effective supervision inspection report or factory inspection report (if any)

Acceptance of application

 

After the application and related materials submitted by the applicant are complete, CQC will complete the examination of the application and related materials within 10 working days, and issue the “Notice of Application for Acceptance of Energy-Saving Product Certification” to meet the requirements, given the certification project number. . If the application and relevant materials are not sufficient, CQC will contact the applicant (telephone, fax, etc.) to inform them to replenish the relevant materials within 30 days or to make corresponding rectifications. If necessary, issue a supplementary notice of the application materials.

According to CQC/F 002-2009 “Resource Quality Product Certification Factory Quality Assurance Ability Requirements” and the audited party quality manual, procedures and related supporting documents.
