CQC is a national certification body (NCB) representing China's participation in the International Electrotechnical Commission's IECEE Multilateral Mutual Recognition (CB) system. It is an international certification consortium (IQNet) and the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM). CQC has won a good international image by the national certification body, international mutual recognition business between CQC and many well-known foreign certification bodies, and extensive international exchanges.

CQC and its branch offices at home and abroad are the authoritative certification bodies that have carried out certification work in China earlier. They have accumulated rich experience in certification work for decades and have achieved outstanding results in all businesses. At present, CQC has 45 branches and more than 200 contract testing laboratories at home and abroad, and has signed certification cooperation agreements with 22 foreign certification bodies, with more than 7,300 full-time, part-time auditors and inspectors of various professions.
